This has been a busy week in Augusta, and I hear it’s only getting started….I worked with several Yarmouth constituents up in Augusta in the last week, coordinating meetings with them, attending public hearings, and participating in work sessions to get our bills heard and voted on favorably.  This is a wonderful experience to work with the system, and share in the work with the citizens of Yarmouth.  I have also been meeting with many of you at the Royal Bean, over e-mails, and by phone, and I encourage others to contact me as well if there is something you think I can help you with.  Let’s see, in the last week I have worked on legislation regarding wine by mail, breastfeeding rights in the workplace, the future of electric cars in Maine, clarifying the wording of small claims court statutes, and long term care issues.  I hope you will contact me with your concerns, issues, and ideas, and hope that we can make positive change in Augusta together.  Have a great week!
